REFUND POLICY

Effective 10 July 2026

Gymmaxxing Pro is sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play. The store that charged you controls the refund process and decides eligibility.

1. App Store purchases

Apple handles payments and refund decisions for purchases made through the App Store. To request a refund, sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's instructions. Approval and timing are determined by Apple and applicable law.

2. Google Play purchases

Google handles its standard refund request process for Google Play purchases. Review the Google Play refund policy or use Google's refund request flow. After the store-directed window, you may contact us for help reviewing a purchase issue.

3. Cancellation is not a refund

Cancelling stops future renewals but normally does not refund the current billing period. Access generally continues until that period ends unless the store issues a refund and revokes access. Uninstalling Gymmaxxing or deleting app data does not cancel your subscription.

4. Approved refunds and support

When Apple or Google reports an approved refund or revocation, Gymmaxxing Pro access may end immediately. Gymmaxxing does not currently sell subscriptions directly on this website. For a duplicate charge, access problem, or other purchase question, email support@vinglabs.com. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or secret account credentials.

5. Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that apply under the law where you live.
