TERMS OF USE

1. The service

Gymmaxxing provides motivational attendance tools, gym check-ins, streaks, widgets, and humor. You must be legally permitted to use the app and responsible for your own device, store account, and activity.

2. Fitness and location disclaimer

Gymmaxxing is not medical, health, safety, or professional fitness advice. Exercise within your abilities and follow qualified medical and gym guidance. GPS, geofences, background tasks, and widgets depend on your device and operating system and can be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. Manual correction is provided for that reason.

3. Gymmaxxing Pro subscriptions

Pro is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or annual in-app subscription. The current intended prices are US$10 monthly and US$50 annually, but the App Store or Google Play displays and controls the final localized price, taxes, currency, and available terms before purchase.

Payment is charged to your store account. Unless you cancel through your store account before renewal, the subscription renews automatically. You can restore eligible purchases in the app. Deleting Gymmaxxing or app data does not cancel a subscription. See our Refund Policy for store refund paths.

4. Your licence and acceptable use

Ving Labs gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Gymmaxxing for its intended purpose. Do not attack or interfere with the service, evade access controls, abuse its APIs, reverse engineer protected systems except where law expressly allows it, or use the app to harm another person.

5. Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve, change, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that check-ins, network services, streaks, or widgets will update at an exact time or be available without interruption. If a material subscription change requires notice or consent, we will handle it as required by the relevant store and law.

6. Warranty, liability, and legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, Gymmaxxing is provided “as is” and without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Ving Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app where such limits are lawful. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Ending use and contact

You may stop using Gymmaxxing and delete your data at any time. We may restrict use for serious abuse, security risk, or legal necessity. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@vinglabs.com.
